The New Spain Fleets project
Scriptorium was developed for New Spain Fleets (NSF) — Las Flotas de Nueva España — a research project at Lancaster University that applies artificial-intelligence methods to large collections of colonial documents to expand our knowledge of the maritime dynamics of the Spanish colonial empire.
